Promo Codes/Coupons

Holiday, flash, third party and time-restricted specials are exclusionary to the 5-day price honoring rule. Due to their special time-restricted nature, we will be unable to price match after the noted period has ended. Promo items are available while supplies last. Mystery items, regardless of the received items, may not be returned, exchanged, refunded or given credit for under any circumstance. To ensure all customers can receive their benefit, Promo or Free items have a per customer limit. Promo items are subject to change based on availability and stock of the current item – you may not receive the initial gift you expected based on the time sensitive circumstances above.
Regarding Price Adjustments on Product Promotions
If you have purchased an item from teepot.uk, only to later discover it was at a lower price on a recent sale, and your situation meets ALL the following criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:
- You bought the item at a higher sale price or normal price than the noted time.
- It is within 5 days of the purchase date that the item’s price was further reduced from the final purchase price you paid.
- You have the original, dated sales receipt for the date of purchase.

Please note: You must contact customer service personally and request a price adjustment while the item is still at the further reduced price. Should you call after the item’s reduced price has ended, after the sale has ended, or after the 5 day period noted above, you may not receive the price adjustment. We reserve the right to decide the reimbursement method regarding honoring sales, coupons and price changes.
